Before you clean
Check the surface manufacturer’s care instructions. Use only on fabrics approved for wet extraction. Test a hidden patch and let it dry first. Do not wet-clean leather, suede, silk, water-sensitive materials or electrical components. If unsure, stop and ask.
Set up
Vacuum loose dirt and hair with a separate dry vacuum. Keep the machine upright on a stable surface. Check both tanks and the tool are securely fitted. Your first tank already contains cleaning solution—do not add concentrate. Connect to a suitable grounded outlet with dry hands.
Spray, gently scrub, then extract
Work in small sections. Switch on, hold the trigger to spray, then release it and gently scrub. With the trigger released, draw the suction opening slowly toward you against the fabric. Repeat suction-only passes to remove moisture; avoid soaking the surface.
During use
Stop before dirty water reaches the MAX line. Switch off and unplug before removing or emptying tanks. For refills, follow the supplied compatible formula’s label and tank markings. Use warm tap water, never above 60°C. Do not boil or microwave water, use dish soap or bleach, or mix cleaning products.
Drying and safety
Allow ventilation and keep children and pets away until surfaces are fully dry. Drying time varies. Keep electrical connections dry; never immerse the machine body. Do not collect flammable liquids, hot material or hazardous waste. Stop for leaks, damage or unusual smells. Do not attempt repairs; call 647-614-9119.
Returning is simple
Switch off and unplug, bring the machine and all supplied attachments back upright and secure, and return by your selected deadline within the 48-hour slot. No after-use cleaning is required—we handle cleaning between rentals. Call 647-614-9119 when you arrive; do not leave the machine unattended.
